TOP WASTE SOLUTIONS
The "CCC" process is a patented technology that recovers 99.5% of the energy values contained in the waste, ie in the carbon-based material, which is its main component. The materials to be treated are gasified in an ultra-high temperature chamber (1000 - 1200 ° C) and the heating takes place electrically, there are no burners or fumes.
The final result of this process is a synthetic gaseous fuel (called “syngas”) and inert, vitrified and non-percolating inorganic material. Ultra-high temperature "CCC" hydrolysis is an indirect thermal degradation process without air. It is possible to recover the chemical energy contained in the organic material, in the form of gaseous fuel; the heat from the cogeneration process can be used for industrial and / or civil purposes in areas adjacent to the installation of the plant.
